About: Join Karyn and Neti for an evening of yoga, dance, and fun! This Yoga & Dance Fitness Party will include yoga to warm up, a dance party with a water break, and more yoga for cool down. All levels are welcome, no prior yoga or dance experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear gym shoes and layers. Most importantly, come ready to move, groove, and glow!

About: Yin for Recovery is a community-centered yin yoga and recovery class. Inclusive of all types of recovery, this class is designed to use the practices of pranayama, meditation, yin yoga, and yoga nidra to support our recovery. Please bring a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing and layers. Journal and pen are recommended.

Yoga & Writing Workshop Summer Series

About: This three-part summer yoga and writing series welcomes both beginners and experienced yogis and writers. Join Neti for three immersive 3-hour sessions that blend yoga and breath work to open creative channels, dedicated time to write, optional sharing and group feedback, and a closing restorative yoga practice. Come with a writing project in mind or simply arrive ready to free-write. Whether your focus is personal, professional, or creative, this series offers space to deepen your practice or spark a new relationship with writing. While the three sessions can support the beginning, middle, and end of a piece, you’re welcome to engage with the process in whatever way feels right for you. Please bring a yoga mat, a journal and pen or laptop with charger, and something comfortable to write on.
