“Neti is an incredible inspiration as a yoga teacher. Every class she leads leaves me feeling motivated not only to deepen my own practice, but also to grow as a teacher. Her presence, guidance, and authenticity create an environment that is both empowering and grounding.

Neti has a unique ability to meet students where they are while still encouraging growth, and that balance is something truly special. I always leave her classes feeling stronger, more connected, and inspired to show up better on and off the mat.”

“Neti was my first yoga instructor when I was taking time away from other activities, such as climbing, due to chronic shoulder pain. She created the space for me to incorporate yoga and mindful movement into my life in a way I had always needed and wanted.

Her consistency and kind instruction throughout weekly classes motivated me to return multiple times a week—often going to the climbing gym just for yoga. Neti’s intentionality and calm professionalism, both in class and in conversation, helped me build a lasting habit. Years later, yoga is something I return to daily.

Neti is incredibly skilled at curating a space that feels emotionally soothing. No matter the state of the world on any given day, her classes provide an environment that supports nervous system regulation through movement and care.

My personal practice began in her weekly classes, and it now carries the grounded, intentional energy I learned from her teaching. The grace Neti encourages each student to offer themselves—through both poses and meditation—is the reason I continue to extend that same grace to myself every day, in every practice.”
